Bhd., you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

1. Eligibility: By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our platform.
2. Ticket Availability and Accuracy: TAPAUtix.asia is a platform for event organizers to sell tickets. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or quality of the event details provided by the organizers. All event details, including but not limited to the event date, time, location, and guest list, are subject to change by the event organizer without prior notice.
3. Ticket Purchase and Admission: A successful purchase of a ticket via TAPAUtix.asia grants you a revocable license to attend the event, subject to the rules and regulations imposed by the event organizer. Event organizers may deny entry for various reasons, including but not limited to improper conduct, failure to meet entry requirements, or the event reaching full capacity.
4. Event Cancellations and Postponements: TAPAUtix.asia is not responsible for event cancellations or postponements. Any decisions regarding cancellations or changes to event dates, times, or venues are the sole responsibility of the event organizers.
5. User Conduct: Users of TAPAUtix.asia agree to use the platform responsibly. This includes refraining from fraudulent activity, violating third-party rights, or engaging in any conduct that could damage the website’s reputation or functionality.

Purchase and Refunds Policy

All ticket purchases made on TAPAUtix.asia are subject to the following terms:

1. Ticket Purchases: Once a ticket purchase is confirmed, it cannot be changed. Tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Prices are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the event organizer. All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
2. Refunds: Tickets purchased through TAPAUtix.asia are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in the case of event cancellations. Refunds for such cancellations are processed at the discretion of the event organizer and are subject to their refund policies. TAPAUtix.asia is not responsible for facilitating refunds directly unless otherwise specified.
3. Event Cancellation or Postponement: In the case of an event cancellation or postponement, the event organizer is responsible for notifying ticket holders and determining the refund, rescheduling, or credit policies. TAPAUtix.asia will make every effort to inform affected customers but holds no responsibility for any changes made by the event organizer.
4. Errors and Disputes: In the event of technical errors or disputes related to ticket purchases, TAPAUtix.asia reserves the right to review and rectify the issue, subject to internal review and availability.
5. Reseller: Tickets purchased from an unauthorized ticket seller or ticket scalper are strictly prohibited. The event organizer/promoter reserves the right to cancel such tickets without compensation and/or refuse entry to the event if the ticket was purchased through unauthorized means.
6. Buyer Responsibility: Buyers are strongly encouraged to read the specific terms and conditions for each ticket they purchase to avoid misunderstandings or confusion. TAPAUtix.asia is not responsible for any issues arising from the buyer’s failure to review these terms prior to purchase.
7. Incorrect Information: TAPAUtix.asia is not responsible for errors made by buyers during the purchase process, including but not limited to entering incorrect email addresses or other personal information. Such errors may result in tickets not being delivered to the correct recipient, particularly when QR codes or ticket confirmations are sent to the wrong email address.
8. Customer Support: If you experience any issues with your ticket purchase or delivery, you may contact us at [email protected]. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.
